RESPONSE TIMING AND FORMAT We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request with undue delay and according to applicable law (for example, within 30 days from the receipt of the request subject to GDPR and between 10-45 days from receipt of a request subject to CCPA). If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your Personal Data that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
